that's just because of the bug. and i'm sure they'll figure out a cure before your birthday. i know surgery's an option and it works, if you get a competent doctor. if another option doesn't pop up soon, you may want to take that. because the alternative is having that thing rip its way out of you, and you definitely don't want that.
