Tch, I told you she wasn't my rival right from the start. Dunno why you thought she was. Like I could even have a rivalry with a normal person. ["Normal" meaning "not yakuza", of course] But even if I could, a rivalry is one of the very last things I'm looking for right now.

Beyond that. It's possible to be competitive without the witty banter involved. Especially considering nomenclatures such as "Little Boss" and "Mini Maestro". Both classic signs of a rivalry accepted by both participants.
