hamham: men wielding claymores and riding giant badgers would hve rescued said Guinness. So clearly this is just a hypothetical. (If this were a real emergency kilted)

[If you would just let him call it what he wants, you wouldn't have to put up with this, because excuse you-]

Defining lairs by such stereotypes is insulting. They are functional for many types of beings. It was not uncommon for the abhorrent beings inhabiting the Netherworld to keep multiple lairs, their deepest and most well hidden ones containing the treasures they had won through battle, while others served as tactical bases from which to plan their next attack, placed near or within regions they hoped to claim.

[Don't dis lairs, Fuyuhiko.]
hamham: my daddy issues are two COMPLETELY different topics of conversation. (I'll have you know my trust issues and)

[There's a soft choking sound he makes in his frustration, but Fuyuhiko said he could call it a lair if he wants so...alright. He'll just...let it drop. Obviously the important nuances that come with referring to their home with a proper word is lost on him.]

I had not been trying to change what you would call it.

[Doesn't mean he won't add in that admittedly bratty comment though, sounding just the slightest bit put out.

It's not cheesy...it's foreboding and intimidating...]
