It probably goes without saying, but look after Nanami for me. I wish I could have protected her till the end, but I've known for weeks now that that just wasn't going to happen. Being chosen to be a part of the designated killer group was more like being given a death sentence than anything. So you're going to have to take over for me from here. Don't let Nanami follow me, and don't you follow me either. If I see either of you before it's actually your time, I'm going to punch you. Especially since I'm saving Lissa for you. If you don't make it back to her after that, I'm going to have to doubly never forgive you, in addition to punching you. Don't think I won't, I really don't care how ungentlemanly it would be to do something like that to a lady. Because you'll totally deserve it if you die after all this.
I guess I should come clean and admit that I don't know what the next step after this is. I don't have all the answers, and I don't know what the producers have planned after this, all I know is that I've prevented the ending they had planned. Yukimura, Peixes, and I have made it impossible for the mastermind to be killed. And with the three of us out of the picture as well, there's nothing to stop you all from finally having that no-kill week Justice was going on about last week. You can all resist whatever incentive they throw at you next, I know you can. From here on out, just do whatever you can to utterly wreck their shit and end this game for good.
I'm sorry that things had to play out this way. Trust me, I didn't want to leave you or Nanami any more than I wanted either of you to leave me. But, like I said, it just wasn't going to happen. I don't know how clear I was about it...but you were one of my closest friends. Not just here, but anywhere. And you always will be. Even if the circumstances were absolutely terrible, I'm glad I got the chance to meet you. I know I should be telling you this to your face, trust me, I didn't initially plan to leave letters like this but... Just in case I don't have the chance to tomorrow, I wanted to be sure you knew.
