Right. The ones from the game I played were the three legendary birds and Mew and Mewtwo...The birds would be Aricuno, Moltres, and Zapdos. However, I've learned since coming here that there are other legendaries as well...they seem to be connected to each of the different regions. Legendaries tend to be super powerful. It was hard to catch them without a master ball...

It's a one-of-a-kind Pokeball in the games...with the highest capture rate. You get it after beating the head of Team Rocket...I'm not sure how you'd acquire it here. It's possible it's done in the same way.
