Um, sorry I took so long to reply... I'm in Goldenrod City with most of the other Hope's Peak students. It's pretty far from where you guys are right now, though, so I'll see if someone would be willing to pick you up. I'd do it myself, but I don't have a Flying Pokemon or the proper badge yet...

Anyway, it should be a pretty straightforward path most of the way, but once you hit Violet City, you'll want to head north to Route 36, then go down Route 35 until you reach Goldenrod. I should warn you that it'll take at least several weeks, though...

[Hence why he made that offer in the first place, but if they both really insist on walking, then he supposes he'll just have to leave them to it and hope that they'll be safe.]

I didn't go with her because I'm not really prepared to hit the road yet, and my Pokemon are still nowhere near strong enough to face the gym leader in Violet... I would've just slowed her down. Besides, she has a couple other people with her, so I'll know she'll be fine.
