[Tenka had given Peko the go-ahead a while ago to catch Kuzuryuu up on the happenings in Cerealia, particularly those that involved a bit more of the supernatural side. So when it comes to this event, he's ready to check in on them and make sure they're safe -- which is, of course, when the power goes out and Tenka's not sure if his brothers are home and he has to prioritize. Hence why it's not until after the nightmare that involves some weird android and LILITH that he thinks it's especially important to check in.]

for one, i almost think that all of us were supposed to see it or it was another weird, convenient code glitch.

second, has peko-chan updated you on everything in regards to the ghosts and someone named LILITH?
impheired: are called person vs. state because i like to imagine a single person fighting a whole state out of their own sheer rage (ponder ♚ i love when court cases)

She didn't really tell me anything about the ghosts, no. Just that ghosts were somehow involved. But she did tell me about LILITH.
