[Well at least Kuzuryuu doesn't go another day calling out, though his shift in the morning followed by a trip to the shooting range and some shopping afterwards means that he misses Peko completely. But that's okay, he wasn't expecting to see her anyway so it all works out.]

[He doesn't keep her waiting long once she's at the door though, pulling it open in under a minute to let her in. Judging by the fact that he's also in a yukata (black, with a gold dragon embroidered on the back, surprise surprise), he's been home for a while and lounging around his apartment. Though maybe not lounging too much, because there's two cups on the table, as well as a box of tea bags and a steaming kettle of hot water on a hot pad nearby.]

Hey.

[Come on in, have a seat, drink some tea, let's talk business.]

Good evening.

[She dips her head to him a little in quiet acknowledgement before stepping inside and slipping her shoes off. It's a little silly to put on shoes just to cross the hall, but look, she didn't want to get dirt on her socks, so wearing shoes for like five steps it is. Of course, she has her sword in its bag, though she does take it off as she glances toward the table and the tea in clear question. Is that where you'd like her? Better head over there first.]

Is Tanaka alright?

[Considering that Kuzuryuu hadn't wanted to kick him out last night, and he'd thought it would "be a while." Best to make sure Gundam's fine before moving onto Tenka's news.]

Yeah, he's fine. We just had a little chat is all.

[Okay, well he could be better and that really wasn't a "little chat". But he's not about to tell Peko what he and the breeder discussed. He respects Gundam's privacy more than that. Also his own privacy. Because he still really doesn't want to talk about what happened that night with anybody who didn't experience it for themselves.]

[He closes the door once she's inside, following her over to the table and taking a seat on one of the cushions.]

What'd Tenka have to say though.

[She nods a little. It's pretty obvious there's more to the story, but if he doesn't want to share it, that's his perogative. As long as Gundam is (and his hamsters are) fine, that's all that matters.

She kneels on one of the cushions across from him, reaching for the box of tea bags and selecting one of the bags of oolong to start to prepare for herself as she speaks.]

It had to do with the nature of glitches, and this... AI known as Lilith. Before I arrived here, there was something that happened. Before speaking with him today, I had only a vague idea of "ghosts," which I had attibuted as just another glitch. He let me know that with Abe no Sousei's abilities were able to tell that it was... actually something paranormal, at that time.

I normally would find something like that difficult to believe, but... I have reason to trust the two of them.

[Kuzuryuu groans after her explanation before fishing an herbal tea which the packaging proclaims to be "calming" out of the container. There were were actually a few different kinds in there. God bless Mabel Pines. Because lord knows Kuzuryuu wouldn't buy something like that for himself.]

[He can already tell he's not going to like these deets. They sound like bullshit already. He pinches his nose as he sets the tea to steep.]

Alright, just tell me everything he said.

[His tone seems to suggest he would prefer it to be as simple and straightforward as possible. But since it's Peko, he figures he probably doesn't have to say that out loud.

[Calming tea... she actually makes a mental note of that. It's probably not a bad idea for her to keep some of that kind in her cupboard, as well. Just in case.

She's quiet as she gathers her thoughts, carefully pouring the water from the teapot over the teabag and watching it float to the surface. It's something that's difficult for her to understand, even now, so she wants to make sure she's explaining it to the best of her ability for him. Easier said than done.]

Lilith... Tenka thinks she was once a person like one of us, someone brought to the city. Somehow, she was able to gain enough power to become an artificial intelligence. Her presence was made known at the same time as these paranormal "ghosts," and from what Tenka has gathered, she does not like CERES.

[There's a bit of a dry edge to her voice at that; is there anyone who actually does like CERES?]

She is trying to return everyone here to their homes, but lacks the power to do so. In short... [she exhales through her nose and tugs the string of the teabag, dunking it a few times before pulling it out completely and letting it drain back along the side of the cup.] As I suspected, there are more forces at work here than are readily visible.

[Kuzuryuu's expression sours when Peko mentions that LILITH managed to become an AI. Because that sounds horribly familiar and the LAST person he knew who ~transcended humanity and became an AI~ wasn't exactly uh...]

[Well it was Junko. And that's really all that needs to be said there.]

[He doesn't say anything though, just listens as Peko continues. And even once she's done, he seems to be at a loss for a response, merely taking a sip of tea and frowning slightly.]

I see. So I'm guessing Tenka isn't the only one she reached out to then, right? Other people have talked to her as well?

I would assume so, [she answers, taking her own sip of tea to mirror his motion, though she did note the change in expression at the AI bit. Hinata had told her about Junko's AI, so maybe that's what's prompting it? Or it's the absurdity of the entire situation. People being artificial intelligences shouldn't be real, and yet, here we are.]

Tenka said that she had deemed him "worthy," but he was not certain what that meant, as of yet. I would think it would mean that she would contact him further, but as of yet... we are not certain.

Hmm. Well, keep me updated I guess. Since it sounds like waiting is about all he can do for now.

[Yay. Waiting. His favorite thing.]

This is all interesting...is that all he had to say though? Or is there more to this story?

There isn't much more, considering LILITH has not contacted him since their initial conversation... I only know that he is concerned for her, as it seems strange to him that she has not been in further contact.

[After that, she shrugs a little helplessly. There's not much else to report, really, other than,]

This information is not widely known, but Tenka trusts the two of us, and Hinata. That, I think, is good to know.
