It's an Audino! That's a normal type. The Hearing Pokémon. Audino has incredibly sensitive hearing, using its ears like radar to pick up even the faintest sounds.

Since she's been following you, she's definitely your partner...in this place, everyone has Pokémon. She'll be helping you out in battles and whatever else you choose to do here, so you should give her a name as soon as you think of one. My partner's name is Kirby...at least, my starter.

This place is based on "Pokemon", but if you haven't played it...I suppose the way to say it is that it's a game where you collect and train cute monsters, and travel with your friends. It's not a bad place. Out of our class there were only four people until you two got here. I think this makes six.
